B2B2C is hard marketing, even when you are selling a very traditional product like windows and doors. The buyers aren't the end users. There are long legacies of consultant relations and dealer networks.

Intercept and interview website visitors. Build persona documents. Recruit representative participants. 2 weeks of usability testing in our lab.
A project summary is in the deck below, but we ended up providing a new IA and navigation for the site, a prototype for a new product page template, and most importantly, the recommendation to NOT move forward building a flashy new feature that no one would use.
